The basic storyline used in the connected "poem" is very similiar to the actual two used very early concerning India's Kali and the primal Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet. I am fascinated how some ancient cultures' actual lore made their way into the Cthuhu mythos et. al. and/or CAS' work.
